Hi Amphy!

I was half way through my bike ride today - my stress releaser - when I realized I had no pain at all in my arm. I can do just about everything I used to do before the tendonitis set in. I say 'just about everything' only because I used to do some things that were too much for body. Now, being more conscientious of how I use my arm, along with the exercises you gave me, I am able to resume my usual routine.

The Laser therapy worked - pure and simple. And I will gladly tell all my hardcore, self-abusive backcountry buddies about it. No point in suffering unnecessarily.
